Most insurers prefer clients to phone their claims through direct, they then forward the claim number to our office. We in turn follow the claim through to a successful outcome.

 

When phoning the insurer please have your policy number ready and all details pertaining to the claim. If you are unsure of your policy number please do not hesitate to contact the office.
