Frank Starvaggi is the director and founder of Austgroup Insurance Brokers and has had three decades experience in the Insurance Industry. Since 1982 Frank has been providing exceptional old fashioned service to the community. It is because of his astute work ethics during this time that Frank has developed special skills in the tailoring of risk solutions for all scopes of business and also personal requirements. Specialist areas include General Insurance Risk Management and Aversion and also encompassing areas of financial planning. As a consequence of operating his own brokerage for greater part of his industry career, Frank understands the nuances of running an organisation efficiently and professionally. This allows him to understand the needs and requirements of each individual client whether they be large corporate entities to small family owned enterprises. Maria Macri joined Austgroup in 2001 and has had 24 years experience in the Insurance Industry. Ten of those years being in the brokering industry. During this time Maria has proved to be a highly valuable and knowledgeable employee of the company. Maria is experienced in all facets of general insurance, working with a broad spectrum of commercial and domestic clients. Her extensive experience and in depth knowledge, makes Maria a highly valued and respected broker. Maria's qualification is a Diploma Financial Services (insurance Broking) Member of NIBA.
Antonietta Mirolla joined Austgroup in 2009. She has over 15 years experience in the Insurance Industry. In her short time within the Brokering Industry she has broadened her brokering knowledge. Antonietta is experienced in claims handling as the Claims Manager and all office administration. Her professional approach and friendly personality makes Antonietta an invaluable member of the Austgroup Team. Antonietta has a Tier 1 in Insurance Broking.
Daniel Crosara joined Austgroup in 2008 after completing his Secondary Education and took on a traineeship with Austgroup. He is in the process of obtaining his Tier 1 in Insurance Broking. Daniel provides assistance in claims management and day to day office duties. Daniel’s assistance within the team is highly regarded. Daniel has achieved a Cert III in Financial Services
Stefan joined Austgroup in 2008, he is currently working part time while obtaining his University degree. Stefan assists in all areas and already has built a strong industry knowledge base.
David joined Austgroup in 1990 as an authorised representative. He caters for a range of business clients. In 2004 David also became a licensed finance broker enabling him provide an expaned range of financial services to his clients.
Frank Starvaggi (Jnr) - Information Technology Support Has been asisting Austgroup , through his business Star E-Business Consulting, since inception in all things relating to Information technology.
